Website use and service enquiry terms
Rules for using the site, submitting briefs and preparing individual proposals.
Revision:
Draft for final review. The website and mailbox are hosted by Hostido. The data processing agreement, technical log retention and terms for delivering briefs through Telegram still require verification.

1. Operator and purpose
The operator is Artsiom Marozau, a sole trader operating as AMAR SYSTEMS ARTSIOM MAROZAU under the AMAR Studio brand. Business and contact details appear above.
The site presents services and work and accepts enquiries from businesses and private clients. These terms cover site use and initial contact; they do not replace an individual development proposal and contract.
2. Free features and technical requirements
Browsing, submitting briefs and using local drafts are free. The site does not provide paid checkout, online payments or automatic conclusion of a development contract.
You need internet access and a current HTML- and JavaScript-capable browser. JavaScript must be enabled for brief submission. A valid contact for your selected reply channel is required. Drafts also need localStorage, but submission works without draft storage.
Use of a feature begins when you open it or submit a request and ends when you finish the action or close the page. An already submitted enquiry is not automatically erased by closing the page; its processing and retention are explained in the privacy policy.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Request an estimate opens a detailed brief, not an instant price calculator. You may start with a short brief or message. Sending a request creates no obligation to order or pay and does not guarantee acceptance of the project.
Provide accurate information and materials you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, access keys or your customers’ personal data through the public brief.
Confirmation means Telegram API has acknowledged all parts of the brief for delivery to our work chat. It does not confirm reading or conclude a contract. New briefs are not stored in a separate database. If delivery fails, answers remain in the open form: retry or contact us directly.
4. Price, contract and scope changes
Before paid work, we separately agree the task, scope, deliverables, stages, dates, price, currency, applicable taxes, payment terms and external expenses. The way the contract is concluded and confirmed is explained before conclusion.
Dates depend, among other things, on materials, access and feedback. These dependencies, acceptance procedure, included corrections and revision rounds are agreed for the project.
Changes beyond the agreed scope and their price and schedule impact are discussed before implementation. These terms do not impose a universal deposit, revision count or guaranteed response time.
5. Deliverables, rights and external services
The contract specifies the source files, design, access and instructions to be handed over. The scope, timing and legally required form of rights transfer are agreed separately.
Third-party libraries, fonts, images and services remain subject to their licences and terms. Development does not automatically transfer their ownership. Subscriptions, domain, hosting and support are included only as agreed.
Post-launch assistance, correction of nonconformities and new features are specified in the proposal or contract. Unlimited free support is not implied.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, infringe rights, bypass form protection, seek unauthorised access or interfere with the site. Protective controls can temporarily restrict submission; direct contact remains available.
Site content and project images are available for viewing. Rights to individual projects may belong to their creators or clients. These terms grant no separate licence to copy or commercially use materials; statutory copyright exceptions remain unaffected.
7. Problems and complaints
Report site or request-handling problems to our business email or postal address. Describe the issue, date, page and reply contact without unnecessary personal data.
We reply using a durable medium to the supplied contact. Consumer complaints are answered within 14 days of receipt unless a specific rule provides otherwise; other enquiries are handled without undue delay. Claims concerning delivered projects are assessed under the contract and mandatory law.
8. Private clients’ rights
Mandatory rights of consumers and entrepreneurs entitled to corresponding statutory protection remain unaffected. An individual contract cannot remove that protection.
Before a paid distance contract, we provide applicable information about tax-inclusive price and expenses, performance, complaints and withdrawal. As a general rule, a distance service contract has a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion unless a statutory exception applies.
Starting paid services before that period ends requires the applicable separate client request. Payment following withdrawal after commencement and loss of withdrawal rights after complete performance depend on the contract type and statutory information and consent requirements. Submitting a brief is not a request to start paid work or a waiver of withdrawal rights.
Digital content and digital services have specific rules. Before the relevant contract, we supply information and statements suited to its subject; these general terms do not declare all bespoke development non-refundable.
9. Privacy and communication
The privacy policy explains briefs, email, technical data and browser drafts. Enquiring does not constitute consent to advertising mailings.
External project, Telegram and WhatsApp links lead to independent services. Their availability and terms are outside our control; this does not limit our liability for our own actions under applicable law.
10. Availability and updates
We may maintain and update the site. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, but these terms do not exclude liability or mandatory rights established by law.
Revised terms apply to subsequent site use and do not change an existing project contract. The revision date appears above. Polish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection under applicable conflict-of-law rules; exclusive jurisdiction at the operator’s location is not imposed on consumers.
